Newly released murderer living in Mitchell

January 16, 2008

A man convicted in 1993 of a 1991 murder was released 12 days ago and is living in Mitchell.

This message kinda makes sense now…

January 15, 2008

Date: Dec 13, 2007 10:48PM
Subject: u need 2 investigate. . . .

Danny told [REMOVED] that he is not going to be mayor because he makes to much money from his retirement from the railroad. 20,000 more a year than he is supposed 2. How the hell was Hancock Mayor when he owned half the city?? The city voted him in. . . but I guess you have to be poor to be mayor. Get the word out? Will ya? [REMOVED] Danny has promised jobs and already hired people. This is bad.

[REMOVED]

I didn’t post it at the time because it didn’t really make sense (and I didn’t bother inquiring further). I suppose I should have.

On a side note, here’s a copy of a lease agreement I received this morning. I’ve not modified it in any way, except to convert it to a PDF file (I received it via facsimile).
