This morning, Superior Court I Judge Robbins disqualified himself from the Nathan Woodward child seduction case which had been transferred in from Lawrence Circuit Court.  The case was transferred to Lawrence Superior Court II.

Superior Court II Judge William Sleva reviewed the probable cause affidavit, found that probable cause did exist for the arrest of Nathan Woodward, and has issued a warrant for his arrest.  Bond was set in the amount of $5,000 cash/surety.

Sam Shapiro is listed as the attorney for Woodward.
