7600 Rosebud RoadA little after 11 p.m. Wednesday night, the Washington County Sheriff’s Department received a tip about two bodies located on the property of 7600 Rosebud Road near Salem. When officers arrived, they found the two bodies in an outbuilding.

After interviewing several people the ISP charged Timothy R. Orman, 25, and Tammy Spengler, 23, both of Palmyra, with murder.

Orman was already incarcerated in the Floyd County Jail on unrelated charges. Spengler was taken to the Washington County Jail.

The cause of death is unknown. It is also unknown when the two were killed. Autopsies were scheduled for today in Louisville.
