Bodies Found in Washington County Identified

7600 Rosebud RoadThe bodies of two men found in an outbuilding near Salem last month have been positively identified.

The victims, who died as a result of gunshot wounds according to Indiana State Police, were identified as Timothy M. Orman and Roy L. Orman.

Timothy R. Orman and Tammy M. Spengler, both of Palmyra, were both charged with murder shortly after the discovery of the bodies. The victims are the father and uncle of Timothy R. Orman.

Police have still not determined the time of death.

According to documents filed in Washington Circuit Court a few weeks ago, Spengler confessed to shooting the two men. Trials have been set for December 6.
