Legal?
Legal?

In other words unconfirmed reports = gossip. Maybe name should change to Michell Gossip.

If this is unconfirmed, should it have been posted? I think there would be legal actions if the wrong name was posted and then gave false scares to potential family members...maybe best practice would be to wait until police released a confirmed name. Maybe also why ALL other news sites are waiting for an OFFICIAL statement.

You go rip this woman's picture off her Facebook account, and think that has any journalistic integrity to it? I guess they didn't cover intellectual property in your class at journalism school. On top of this article...and I do use the word loosely...making TMZ look like a respected leader in news, have you considered that you just might be putting that pictured child in danger? But I'm sure that doesn't matter to you in your rush to seem "in the know", and to quote people who are so close to the case that they aren't even sure of the names of the principal's involved.

Wow. Is this a trashy gossip magazine or what? Mitchell news has obviously no respect for family. Why would you post this? Some details are better left unknown! Why drag this lady through the mud after she has been murdered! SHAME ON YOU for your trashy "reporting"

Why would you post this info on your site. This person is down talking someone who was just murdered and you posted it?!? Sickening! I know her, and I have better details as to how, and why she was murdered. You shouldn't post this info if you don't have ALL the facts, or really know someone.
