6:52 p.m. Ronald D. Wagner, 64, 403 West Warren Street, operating while intoxicated.


4:19 a.m. Female in the 200 block of Frank Street requests an officer due to a possible fight in the area.

4:30 a.m. Female caller from 4:19 a.m. reported she can no longer hear anyone fighting.

6:50 a.m. Male caller reported a small field fire in the area of SR 60 West approximately one-half mile west of Highway 37/60.

7:33 a.m. MPD officer out at 7th Street and Hancock Avenue regarding a car door standing wide open. The owner forgot to shut it when he came home from work.

8:35 a.m. Woman in the 700 block of South 6th Street reports that the two boxers that were loose last week are back at her house. The owner was notified.

11:06 a.m. Man in the 500 block of Warren Street reported that someone spray painted the side and rear of his building.

1:08 p.m. Man reported the theft of a fire extinguisher from 9th and Main Streets.

1:15 p.m. Woman reported two black Labrador Retrievers are missing.

2:33 p.m. AT&T at the police station due to trouble with 911. The lines tested okay.

2:34 p.m. Woman and her son from 4th and Brook Streets on station regarding harassment. MPD spoke to parents of the other boy.

4:35 p.m. 911 call from a woman in the 300 block of Frank Street requesting an ambulance because her 10-year-old was having a severe nose bleed.

4:36 p.m. Female at McDonald’s reported that someone had broken into her car and stole money.

4:57 p.m. Female caller reported a car wreck at Lehigh and Hancock Streets. A man was transported to St. Vincent’s Dunn for a blood draw. A search warrant was obtained and the man was arrested and transported to the Lawrence County Jail.

5:46 p.m. A woman in the 400 block of Seventh Street requested extra patrol regarding someone calling and hanging up.

7:06 p.m. LCSD advised MPD to be on the lookout for a tan Ford Explorer driving recklessly.

7:26 p.m. Female caller complaining of noise at Persimmon Park Apartments.

8:32 p.m. Man in the 100 block of North 6th Street reported a battery that had just occurred.

8:44 p.m. Female from the 200 block of North 4th Street called and requested to speak with an officer regarding a suspicious person.

11:28 p.m. Man in the 400 block of Knott Street reported five suspicious juveniles in black hoodies in his driveway. He reported they ran away when the porch light was turned on. Extra patrol requested.
