6:54 a.m. Man in the 1000 block of West Warren Street reported that his dog had gotten loose.

8:26 a.m. Report of a property damage accident at 5th Street and Hancock Avenue.

9:29 a.m. Man at the Jay-C store reported a vehicle lockout.

11:25 a.m. Female caller from a church at S 6th Street and Highway 60 East reported a gas leak inside the church.

11:25 a.m. Issues with the 911 telephone circuits yet again.

12:24 p.m. Man reported an accident with injury near McDonald’s. At least one person was taken to the hospital.

12:45 p.m. Woman from the 1000 block of West Warren Street on station to speak with an officer.

12:53 p.m. Woman in the 500 block of South Meridian Road requested an officer regarding a domestic situation.

1:29 p.m. Woman from the 100 block of Dale Street on station to speak with an officer. A man was served with a no trespass order.

2:02 p.m. Man called requesting information on his driver’s license.

3:02 p.m. Employee at Sprint requested an officer for a man who locked his keys in his vehicle.

3:25 p.m. 911 call from a woman in the 200 block of Carpenter Drive reporting possible alcohol poisoning.

3:28 p.m. Woman in the 700 block of West Mississippi Avenue requested an ambulance.

3:40 p.m. Female caller from 60’s Eastside reported two suspicious vehicles.

3:51 p.m. Employee at Dunbar’s American Grill requested an officer regarding juveniles skateboarding in the parking lot.

4:17 p.m. Woman in the 1100 block of North 8th Street reported two males in grey hoodies asking residents about their roofs.

4:57 p.m. An anonymous caller reported someone burning plastic in the 400 block of Knott Street.

5:43 p.m. MPD officer out at a location on Brook Street to serve a man with a no trespass order.

6:31 p.m. Male caller at 5th and Warren Streets requested to speak with an officer regarding information on a battery.

6:55 p.m. Anonymous call reporting a reckless driver traveling west on Highway 60 East from Spring Mill passing four to five cars at a time.

7:43 p.m. A medical alarm company reported a medical alarm in the 1000 block of Tulip Street. A man had the alarm in his pocket and couldn’t get it out.

7:53 p.m. Female in the 400 block of Dale Street requested extra patrol because someone was knocking on her door but no one was there.

9:10 p.m. Female in the 500 block of 14th Street requested an officer because her sister was steal her medication from her purse.

9:18 p.m. Male caller reported a white Camaro with no taillights on Highway 37 heading South from Wesley Chapel Road.

9:47 p.m. Female caller reporting that she has a no trespass order on her husband and he is at her location.

10:24 p.m. Man in the 500 block of South 9th Street requested an ambulance for his 42-year-old father who was breathing but non-responsive. He was transported by ambulance to the hospital.

12:36 a.m. Female caller from Campbellsburg requested an officer call her regarding an earlier complaint.

12:47 a.m. 911 call from a woman in the 100 block of Dale Street reporting a man at her window. One minute later she reported that he was gone.

1:00 a.m. Another 911 call from the woman reporting that the man was back.

1:03 a.m. Third 911 call from woman. She was not responding to the dispatcher who could hear a verbal fight in the background. The man fled when an MPD officer arrived.

1:16 a.m. MPD officer observed the man at the residence but he fled again.

1:27 a.m. 911 call from the same residence, but no one was speaking. MPD responded and spoke with the caller and a neighbor; the man was gone.

2:03 a.m. 911 call from woman reporting she is at her neighbor’s and the neighbor is in the back of the home having a verbal fight with the man who was giving her problems.
