October 25, 2011

3:44 a.m. 911 call from a female requesting an ambulance for her husband regarding a gall bladder attack. The man was transported to the hospital.

10:10 a.m. A person was on station regarding a gun permit. MPD failed to report the person’s name, a violation of state law.

11:00 a.m. Verbal warning issued to the driver of a motorcycle with no license plate on Highway 60 at 60’s Eastside.

12:18 p.m. Man reported additional information in an ongoing investigation.

12:44 p.m. Woman reported that, when she called a residence in the 100 block of Dale Street, a four-year-old child answered and said she was home alone. MPD checked and found that the mother was home and had simply stepped outside to get the mail.

2:00 p.m. Man on station requesting a Lawrence County officer meet him on Highway 60 East across from the golf course regarding a theft.

3:25 p.m. Verbal warning issued at Hancock Avenue and Teke Burton Drive.

3:50 p.m. Active alarm at Old National Bank on West Main Street. MPD checked the building and found nothing wrong.

4:25 p.m. Woman from the 100 block of West Mississippi Avenue on station requesting to speak with an officer regarding a theft.

4:45 p.m. Female caller reported two teenagers sitting on steps at 8th and Warren Street acting inappropriately.

5:12 p.m. Woman reported two men that had been arguing at a trailer in the 900 block of West Warren Street for about two hours.

5:45 p.m. Report of the alarm at McDonald’s going off. MPD checked the building and found no problem.

6:42 p.m. Female caller in the 100 block of West Frank Street requesting to speak with an officer regarding someone poisoning her cats.

7:35 p.m. Verbal warning issued at Highway 37 and Main Street.

7:49 p.m. Lawrence County reporting receiving a 911 call from the 200 block of West Frank Street requesting an ambulance for an unknown problem. One person was transported to the hospital.

8:57 p.m. Man in the 700 block of West Mississippi Avenue requested an ambulance for a woman with a possibly broken hip. The woman was transported to the hospital.

9:22 p.m. Male caller requested an officer drive through Westside Trailer Park because of loud music.

11:18 p.m Man in the 1300 block of 12th Street in Bloomington requested to speak with an officer regarding phone harassment.
