Incidents

4:58 a.m. Anonymous caller reported a possibly drunk driver in a green vehicle traveling nearly 100 m.p.h. on Highway 37 North that turned onto Highway 60 West at CVS.

8:30 a.m. Man reported finding a license plate at Hoosier Hills Express on West Main Street.

10:15 a.m. MPD assisted Lawrence County with a traffic stop on Newby Street.

12:25 p.m. Female requested an officer to Persimmon Park Apartments regarding a battery case.

1:09 p.m. Man called requesting an officer regarding a hit and run accident that occurred the night before in the 1200 block of West Main Street.

2:18 p.m. Complaint of a dog running loose with no food in the 900 block of Walker Addition.

2:28 p.m. Anonymous caller requested extra patrol on Maple Street.

2:50 p.m. Female from the 200 block of West Oak Street reported the theft of her wallet.

3:06 p.m. Female reported that her sister 911 on her because she left but that she was okay.

3:07 p.m. 911 call from the Group Home in the 100 block of East Hancock Avenue.

3:21 p.m. Anonymous caller reported the location of a male that was possibly wanted.

4:04 p.m. Man in the 400 block of West Oak Street requested to speak with an officer regarding a juvenile in the area.

5:33 p.m. Female on station dropping off information for an officer.

5:55 p.m. Female on station to give a statement.

6:36 p.m. Man requested an officer in the 200 block of South 9th Street due to a lockout.

7:02 p.m. Female caller from the 300 block of West Warren Street requested something be done about a man who was harassing her.

7:23 p.m. Female on station to give a statement.

8:03 p.m. Juvenile on station to give a statement.

9:48 p.m. Female caller in the 300 block of West Warren Street requested an ambulance in the for her 21-year-old daughter that was six months pregnant and not getting enough oxygen.

10:03 p.m. Lawrence County advised of a possible drunk driver on Highway 37 South in a red car.

10:52 p.m. Female on 911 reported that she was behind a possibly drunk driver in a black Mustang that made a U-turn on the bridge and drove the wrong direction before turning around the correct direction.
