3:58 a.m. Man in the 400 block of West Oak Street complaining of a barking dog and requested an officer to speak with the owners.

5:36 a.m. Female in the 300 block of Wells Avenue reported someone drove through her yard in a blue Blazer and ran down her mailbox.

8:55 a.m. Man reported a check missing from his checkbook.

12:01 p.m. Man reported kids on a motorized wheelchair in the 100 block of Bartlett Drive who were scattering leaves.

12:34 p.m. Man in the 300 block of Oak Street reported that his neighbor fell off a ladder and was unresponsive. He was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

2:30 p.m. Female on station needing a report for her bank about her wallet that was stolen.

2:33 p.m. Male on station wanting a copy of the log for an accident that occurred on October 28.

2:56 p.m. Four juveniles on station with a red golden retriever that found near the church by Terry’s.

5:05 p.m. Man in the 500 block of Meridian Road requested extra patrol regarding a small white pickup truck slinging gravel in his yard.

5:53 p.m. Man in the 500 block of 7th Street reported another man just kicked the door in at his location.

6:25 p.m. Man and woman on station regarding the theft of medication.

6:25 p.m. Female caller reported that a neighbor’s pit bull was loose in the 600 block of South 8th Street and that the owners were not home.

6:35 p.m. Female caller in the 300 block of West Warren Street requested an officer because of a male juvenile that was threatening to shoot her children with a BB gun.

8:28 p.m. Man on station requesting a copy of a report.

8:46 p.m. Female caller reported that juveniles on a motorized wheelchair were riding it around in the dark in the area of Persimmon Park Apartments.

9:10 p.m. Female caller from Indianapolis reported that her daughter’s ex-boyfriend took her car without permission and she believed it was in Mitchell.

9:40 p.m. Make requested an officer to the 700 block of 6th Street regarding a previous breaking and entering.

10:56 p.m. Man on station bringing in a pill bottle he found on Main Street across the railroad tracks from Jack’s with a needle in it.

11:27 p.m. Man reported that MPD notify Duke Energy of two security lights out at 9th and Brook Streets and 11th and Warren Streets. Duke Energy was notified and advised it would be up to five working days before they were fixed.

12:23 a.m. Female caller in the 1100 block of West Brook Street requested an ambulance for her 85-year-old husband who was having severe chest pains and had a history of heart problems. He was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

1:18 a.m. Female caller requested officers check an apartment at Elm Park I regarding loud noise and a possible fight.

1:32 a.m. MPD dispatcher called Frontier Communications Company regarding possible problems with phone lines. They reported that no problems were found.
