Arrests

Elya Morgan, 43, 526 South 7th Street, failure to appear, conversion.

Incidents

9:04 a.m. Man in the 700 block of West Curry reported that he had a water leak and when he went to shut off the water at the meter he found a needle in there.

10:13 a.m. Female caller from the 200 block of North 4th Street requested to speak with an officer about a protective order being broken.

11:11 a.m. Female 911 caller requested an ambulance to the 100 block of East Hancock Avenue because she wasn’t feeling well. They later said they would take the female to Bloomington Hospital by private vehicle.

11:49 a.m. Man on station to give a statement.

12:39 p.m. Female on station to leave a copy of a medical receipt for a case.

1:18 p.m. Man on station turning in a wallet that he found.

1:42 p.m. Man on station to speak with an officer.

3:13 p.m. Male in the 900 block of Brook Street requested extra patrol because someone was trying to get into his residence sometime overnight or early this morning.

4:15 p.m. The manager of Persimmon Park Apartments requested information on an incident that occurred.

4:27 p.m. Female caller requested extra patrol in the area of 8th Street and Mississippi Avenue in reference to a lock-in.

5:47 p.m. Female from the 300 block of West Warren Street requested the Fire Department because her puppy was under her house and she can’t get it out. She called back later to say the dog wasn’t under the house and could have followed someone else home.

7:09 p.m. Female caller from the 800 block of 2nd Street reported a suspicious vehicle that pulled into a driveway a few residences down.

7:35 p.m. Caller from 7:09 p.m. call reported that she hears someone banging on her residence and that the vehicle is still in the driveway. There were no problems.

9:33 p.m. Male caller on 911 to report that his daughter was locked outside of a vehicle without a coat at the Clark Station. He was told to stand inside with his daughter. Two vehicles were unlocked.

9:59 p.m. Female in the 200 block of East Grissom Avenue reported that her son was working with her brother and quit. The boss told the woman that he gave her brother money to pay him and is now saying he didn’t. She called back an hour later to say that her brother paid half of it and gave the other half to another man. She requested an officer to speak to him about getting the money and to call her.

10:11 p.m. Man reported a reckless driver in a dark colored Ford Explorer on Highway 37 South by Wesley Chapel.

10:14 p.m. Orange County advised of a speeding black or blue colored Chevy Cavalier on Highway 60 East from Orange County heading west towards Mitchell.

10:27 p.m. Man requested extra patrol in the 600 block of Main Street.
