12:30 a.m. MPD officer out in the 300 block of East Grissom Avenue in reference to a warrant. There was no answer.

1:40 a.m. MPD officer and two Lawrence County units out in the 100 block of Warren Street in reference to a warrant. The person wasn’t home.

2:39 a.m. MPD officer out in the 300 block of East Grissom Avenue in reference to a warrant. One person was arrested and taken to jail although the log did not include his name, in violation of Indiana statute.

4:04 a.m. Alarm company reported an active alarm on an ATM in the 1300 block of Main Street. MPD checked the scene and found no problem.

8:22 a.m. Traffic stop on Main Street in the Jay C parking lot.

8:42 a.m. Female caller requested information.

9:41 a.m. Male caller from the 100 block of Plum Street on station requested to speak with an officer.

10:00 a.m. Female caller reported that she was speaking with a person at Pioneer Creek Lane who requested she call the police because someone was inside the apartment tearing it up.

10:15 a.m. Female on station to pick up a lost item.

10:48 a.m. Traffic stop at 5th and Frank Streets.

11:00 a.m. City bus driver reported a black dog on a leash chasing a person on a moped in the alley between 6th and 7th Streets and Frank Street and Grissom Avenue. The owner came and got the dog.

11:35 a.m. Man on station in reference to repossessing a vehicle at Gasoline Alley.

12:50 p.m. Female caller reporting a problem with a dog at 10th and Lawrence Streets.

2:49 p.m. Female on station regarding a gun permit.

3:23 p.m. Female requested an officer call her.

3:45 p.m. Female caller requested information.

4:04 p.m. Man requested an officer in the 400 block of Oak Street because his neighbor’s sewage was draining into his yard.

4:35 p.m. Several regular and 911 calls reporting an accident on Highway 60 East by 60’s Eastside. MPD took one person to the hospital and obtained a warrant for a blood draw. One person was arrested but the police log did not include their name, in violation of Indiana statute.

4:40 p.m. Male reported that a box containing batteries was open on Meridian Road. CSX was notified and repaired it.

6:10 p.m. Female reported that her nephew is on probation and was at a location in the 300 block of Moffitt Road.

6:24 p.m. Anonymous male caller reported a reckless driver heading north on Highway 37 from McDonald’s in a maroon Ford Mustang.

6:27 p.m. Man in the 700 block of East Grissom Avenue reported his neighbor’s dog was coming to his house and eating his dog’s food.

6:30 p.m. Female caller reported a suspicious person at Hancock Avenue and Highway 37 waving their arms.

6:30 p.m. Male caller reported an accident at 8th and Main Street. One person was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

7:29 p.m. Female caller requested information on a CO2 alarm.

7:35 p.m. MPD out with five juveniles at 8th and Main Streets.

8:37 p.m. Male reported an accident report had an error and needed to be fixed.

9:20 p.m. Female caller reported an older white van with a blue stripe traveling south on Highway 37 that was all over the roadway and turning their lights on and off.

11:32 p.m. Railroad crossing bars and lights malfunctioning on Meridian Road.
