Arrests

3:50 a.m. Skyler Smith, 18, Mitchell, illegal consumption.

Incidents

3:53 a.m. Anonymous caller reported loud music in the area of Frank Street and Wells Avenue & 3rd Street and Meridian Road.

4:32 a.m. Female caller from the 1200 block of West Oak Street requested an ambulance because a male was having problems breathing and coughing up blood. He was transported to the hospital via ambulance.

7:59 a.m. Man reported two horses out on Highway 37 south of Stevens Street. The owner was notified and the horses were put back up.

9:40 a.m. Keys locked in a white Ford box truck in front of Ruler.

9:53 a.m. Woman reported a deer ran into the side of her vehicle on Hamilton Boulevard.

10:52 a.m. 911 hang up call in the 1000 block of Tulip Street. A woman there reported there must be problems with the phone because she had not been on the phone for a while.

12:07 a.m. First responders and ambulance dispatched to 507 West Oak Street in reference to a possible overdose.

1:13 p.m. Property damage accident at 12th and Brook Streets. A street sign was damaged.

2:47 p.m. Man requested an officer at Highway 37 and Teke Burton Drive North in about 20 minutes for a procession going to the Mitchell Cemetery. The man later called back and thanked the MPD for their assistance.

3:35 p.m. Woman in the 500 block of East Frank Street requested an officer call her regarding information.

4:22 p.m. Female caller from the 700 block of West Main Street requested an officer because of a juvenile shoplifter who left the premises and was now at the library. The juvenile was taken to the station where her father later picked her up.

4:40 p.m. A woman reported that, while she was driving on Teke Burton Drive near the railroad overpass, a carburetor fell off a truck and hit the driver’s side headlight on her vehicle, breaking it. She said the vehicle belonged to Gary Wade Trucking.

4:47 p.m. Female caller from the 200 block of East Grissom Avenue requested to speak with an officer regarding problems with neighbor kids coming into her house.

5:07 p.m. Man from Jack’s Lounge advised that they just made a person leave that was barred.

5:26 p.m. Male caller requested an ambulance to Mitchell Manor for a female with possible chest pains. She was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

8:16 p.m. Man on station requesting to speak with an officer regarding a theft in the 400 block of West Oak Street. He said a person came into his house and stole a wallet.

9:16 p.m. Male caller requested an officer in the 500 block of South 5th Street because his daughter was incorrigible.

10:30 p.m. Female on station regarding a battery case.

11:09 p.m. A female employee on Hancock Avenue reported that an unknown man keeps calling all hours of the night and waking up residents. She wanted him to stop.
