Incidents

10:00 a.m. Man from Bedford reported that he lost his wallet and called to see if anyone had reported finding it.

1:28 p.m. Person who refused to give their name reported someone burning leaves at Elm Street and Grissom Avenue. The fire was extinguished.

2:12 p.m. Male caller from the 300 block of Wells Avenue requested to speak with an officer regarding threats from another male.

2:33 p.m. Man on station to give a receipt.

2:35 p.m. Female caller from the 300 block of West Warren Street requested to speak with an officer in regard to child visitations.

3:26 p.m. Man on station to turn in a license he found.

4:15 p.m. Female caller from the 200 block of Stevens Lane requested to speak with an officer because she received an e-mail from out-of-state about a traffic ticket.

4:44 p.m. Female caller from the 400 block of West Oak Street reported that her son is being harassed by a neighbor boy when he goes outside.

4:50 p.m. Female caller reported that someone went into her apartment in the 300 block of West Warren Street when she wasn’t home and moved her things around.

5:41 p.m. Man from the 400 block of West Oak Street requested an officer because of an incident with a neighbor.

6:11 p.m. Female from the 300 block of South Meridian Road on station to speak with an officer regarding harassment from a neighbor.

6:25 p.m. Juvenile on station to speak with an officer.

6:30 p.m. Female caller in the 400 block of Knott Street reported that kids are playing in a ravine and jumping off of it.

7:25 p.m. Female caller in the 400 block of South Meridian Road reported that her parent’s neighbors are harassing her.

7:27 p.m. Female caller reported a possible drunk driver on Hancock Avenue that was speeding and had kids standing up in the vehicle.

8:02 p.m. 911 hang up call from the 300 block of West Warren Street. MPD called back and was told that a man was down and unconscious. An ambulance took the man to the hospital.

8:05 p.m. Man from the 400 block of West Warren Street reported a man that was passed out in the restroom at the residence below him (see previous entry).

8:36 p.m. Female caller requested a welfare check at an address that was in the county. She was advised to contact Lawrence County.

10:37 p.m. Report of an active alarm at the front door at CVS. An employee was having problems with the alarm while locking the store.
