Stay Updated

You probably already know that we don’t publish a lot of stories here on Mitchell News.

Instead of posting about every non-important thing that happens, we prefer to write about only the things that affect the most people and, of course, the articles that the “other news sites” refuse to cover.

In the near future, you won’t have to worry about remembering to visit the Mitchell News web site regularly in order to ensure you don’t miss out on an important story.

We’ll soon be adding a service that will allow you to receive these articles directly in your e-mail. It won’t cost you a thing, either. The site has always been free and will always remain free. I’m not trying to get rich over here.

A handful of you keep up with us via RSS or through Twitter or our Facebook Page. Unfortunately, these services will soon cease to be available. We’ll occasionally post relevant information to the Facebook page, but you’ll want to start receiving the free e-mail subscription in order to keep up with what’s going on.

You’ll have a number of choices regarding how you receive your updates because we don’t want to clog up your inbox. It will be possible to get notified immediately or only once every few days, depending on your personal preferences.

More information on this service will be coming soon. It’s been rolled out and made available to our “testers” and we hope to make it available to everyone by September 1st.
